Air drying minimizes exposure to foods, minerals, enzymes and vitamins that are susceptible, so the raw nutritional qualities are retained.

Our air-drying process removes moisture but does not rob the fresh meat of its nutritional integrity and natural flavour.

At a temperature of 72C and 80C (degrees Celsius) for 10 hours, our Air Dried Absolute Holistic Air Dried goods are slowly dehydrated. To guarantee that the inherent goodness of the meat is not fried, the temperature is very low.
